Fundraiser assets

Everything you need, in one place.

A guide, our logos, and five ready-made designs. For anyone raising money for PADI AWARE Foundation.

Everything here is free to use. If you are not sure whether something is right for your event, email us and we will tell you.

New to this? Start with the fundraising guide.

The asset pack.

The templates, the logos, fonts, QR codes, and the wording to use when you quote what the community has achieved.

Worth reading before you print anything. It covers the things that are easy to get wrong and awkward to undo.

Five designs. Open one, change a few words, print it.

Pick a design and it copies into your own Canva account. A free account is enough. If you do not have one, you will be asked to sign up, which takes a minute.

Each one opens as your own copy, so the original stays as it is. Change the parts listed under each design and leave the rest, so your material still reads as ours.

Counter poster, A4

For the shop wall, the classroom or the boat.

You change: the headline, your dive centre name, and the QR code so it points at your own page.

Counter card, A5

For the front desk, where people are already waiting with a phone in their hand.

You change: the headline, your page name, the QR code, and you can add your own logo in the space provided.

To announce an event on Instagram or Facebook.

You change: event name, date and time, three lines of description, and your dive centre name.

To show what the event achieved afterwards.

You change: the big number and what it counts. Kilograms, dives or divers. Not dollars.

Square post: thank you

Posted at the end, once the fundraiser has finished. It stays on your profile, so people find it later.

You change: the total raised, the thank you line, and one line of context.

The one thing that stays

Every template carries a small line reading Fundraising for PADI AWARE Foundation. Please leave it there. It is what tells people you are raising money for us rather than speaking on our behalf.

Our logo, and the three programme marks.

Eight lockups in PNG, SVG and print-ready EPS, plus marks for Dive Against Debris, the Global Shark and Ray Census, and Adopt the Blue.

Use a programme mark only if your event actually did that programme. An Adopt the Blue mark on an unrelated event tells people something about the site that is not true.

Open the read-me first. It covers which file to use where, and the two things people most often get wrong.

One address, wherever you are

community@padiaware.org

It reaches the whole team. Ask us anything: the consent wording, logo files, whether an idea will work, or what to do with a tin of cash after the event.
