Supporting the AWARE Foundation's effort in marine conservation
I'm raising funds to support PADI AWARE Foundation's incredible efforts in marine conservation.
We are hosting an event at Clear Lake Oregon on Saturday, August 8th 10am. Not only will we be diving in the beautiful clear lake, looking at the underwater petrified forest. We will be doing dive against debris clean up dives, to remove rubbish from the lake. We are asking that each participant or anyone donate $25 or more to support the PADI AWARE foundation.
At the event we will have the opportunity to take the PADI specialty courses of Altitude, Dive Against Debris, and PADI Aware. We will also be having raffles to win some amazing prizes.
A little bit about PADI AWARE:
Since 1992 with the help of supporters like you, they have helped to secure protection for 104 species of shark and ray, funded over 200 grantees across the Blueprint for Ocean Action and removed more than 2.5 million pieces of debris from the ocean floor.
Every dollar you contribute brings us one step closer to preserving the ocean we care passionately about and achieve the vision of balance between humanity and the ocean.
