I'm fundraising for the ocean

For 30 years, the ocean has been our classroom, our workplace, our playground and our greatest source of inspiration.

As Crystal Divers Bali celebrates its 30th anniversary, we want to give something back to the underwater world that has given us so much. That’s why we are raising funds for the PADI AWARE Foundation and its vital work protecting our oceans, reducing marine debris and safeguarding vulnerable marine species.

Over the past three decades, we have introduced thousands of people to the beauty beneath the surface. We have also witnessed the challenges our oceans face—and we believe every diver, ocean lover and member of our community can help make a difference.

The ocean has 30 million witnesses. They're called divers.

They see what is changing below the surface, and PADI AWARE is what turns that into something more than a story told afterwards. Divers log the debris they find. They record the species they see. They free the animals they find caught. That record reaches the rooms where decisions about the ocean get made.

2.7 million+ pieces of marine debris logged. 44,000+ marine animals freed from entanglement.

What I raise here funds the next part of it, including the community-led projects protecting the reefs their neighbors depend on.
