Supporting the AWARE Foundation's effort in marine conservation
I'm raising funds to support PADI AWARE Foundation's incredible efforts in marine conservation. This past Christmas my husband & I were trying to decide what to gift our father in law and the question always comes up “what do you give a man who truly has it all!” Rich loves the ocean and has enjoyed spending time sea side with his children and grandchildren every summer. Heck he even has a beach house in Myrtle now! So this year we said to him - we’re not getting you a gift - we’re giving in your honor and your honor of loving the ocean! Christmas of 2025 we will let Richard know how much was raised through this fundraiser and then we will either choose a new foundation for 2026 or continue with PADI Aware because we love what it is all for
Here’s a bit about PADI AWARE:
Since 1992 with the help of supporters like you, they have helped to secure protection for 104 species of shark and ray, funded over 200 grantees across the Blueprint for Ocean Action and removed more than 2.5 million pieces of debris from the ocean floor.
Every dollar you contribute brings us one step closer to preserving the ocean we care passionately about and achieve the vision of balance between humanity and the ocean.
