Supporting the AWARE Foundation's effort in marine conservation

I'm raising funds to support PADI AWARE Foundation's incredible efforts in marine conservation.

Since 1992 with the help of supporters like you, they have helped to secure protection for 104 species of shark and ray, funded over 200 grantees across the Blueprint for Ocean Action and removed more than 2.5 million pieces of debris from the ocean floor.

Every dollar you contribute brings us one step closer to preserving the ocean we care passionately about and achieve the vision of balance between humanity and the ocean.

Most people are cognizant of the current state of our oceans. Through numerous venues such as PADI AWARE, efforts to raise awareness are successful. 
But that's it. Peoples' awareness is there. But not enough action is taken. 
So what can we do?
Fundraisers like mine help. This is because the efforts required are not free. We can't rely on governments to help the oceans. We can't rely on corporations to help the oceans. We have to do it ourselves. 
The funds raised by this fundraiser will go to the PADI AWARE foundation to help educate divers on actual impactful efforts to remove trash, alleviate divers, snorkelers, and fishermen from touching the reef and marine wildlife, and aid in conservation efforts for endangered marine species such as sharks and turtles. 
I'm not asking for much. I know it's your hard-earned money. I'm just asking for a little help for the big oceans.
