Red Sea Conservation Trip — DSDivers Madrid

Supporting the AWARE Foundation's effort in marine conservation

I'm raising funds to support PADI AWARE Foundation's vital work in marine conservation. As a PADI Instructor based in Madrid and candidate for the Course Director Training Course, I'm leading this Red Sea conservation trip with my students from DSDivers Madrid to combine diving with direct ocean action.

During this trip we will conduct an official Dive Against Debris survey, register a new Adopt the Blue site, and certify our students in AWARE Shark Conservation — because the sharks and marine life we dive with deserve protection.

Since 1992, PADI AWARE has helped secure protection for 104 species of shark and ray, funded over 200 ocean conservation grantees, and removed more than 2.5 million pieces of debris from the ocean floor. Every contribution brings us closer to that balance between humanity and the ocean.
